All Citadel100 Next Generation Datacenters100 are designed to meet the highest security standards and are protected 24 x 7 by security officers and closed circuit TV (CCTV). A full “tracking” facility covering a period in excess of three months can be provided immediately to identify and log access/egress to all areas of the Datacenter. All access cards are individually named and identifiable to their holder. The security control room is situated behind a solid wall, fitted with anti-ballistic glass.

A professional and experienced team of military trained personnel provide the backbone of the Datacenter security team. The control room is the primary location for monitors, alarms, access cards and 24-hour hotline.

As part of our commitment to provide security excellence we have put in place safeguards to secure the facility to the highest standards, prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, maintain data integrity, and ensure appropriate use of information.
